What We Do
Lead strategic, business and operational planning, project planning, service redesign and change management for primary health care and aged care facilities in rural and remote locations
Support to strengthen governance processes within non-government agencies through training and organisational review
Assist with the development of quality management systems and assist services to prepare for industry Accreditation (RACGP, ISO, QIC, EQUIP and Aged Care Quality Standards)
External facilitation to develop and implement best practice programs, support systems and systems redesign to implement integrated primary health care and aged care systems
Develop innovative solutions to develop service delivery options and strategies that facilitate collaborative approaches between the government and non-government primary health care and aged care service providers
Develop bespoke training programs to support the implementation of new systems processes and clinical practices
Assess service outcomes through review and evaluation of community organisations and primary health care programs
